What orders qualify as free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders placed in the continental US.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are USPS Ground shipping and can take anywhere from 1-8 business days. But, the average ground shipping time is anywhere between 1-5 business days.

What if I am out of the continental US?

IIf you are not located in the continental US, please send an email at wecare@jkbconcepts.com and we will get back to you with special rates depending on your location. These rates will vary depend on where you are shipping to.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time we do not offer international shipping outside of the U.S..

Returns

What return policy do you offer?

We accept returns up to 30 days after the delivery of your product. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us at wecare@jkbconcepts.com to return a product that was purchased.
